Dear Twix company,
I am writing to file a complaint about a chocolate product.
First of all while I was opening the Twix wafer rolls, and one of the wafer rolls had the filling missing, but as shown in the picture on the packaging it is supposed to be full with filling.
Next , I would like to ask for a refund and at least a box full of Twix wafer rolls with filling inside please as shown in the picture on the package.
Finally, I have no problem to send the picture of the Twix with missing filling if you need a proof.

Hello,
I am emailing about a disappointing purchase I made recently with the Twix Mini Holiday Edition 10.43oz bags. I have now purchased two, in which both I have now found several empty sealed packages and several open and broken Twix bars in the bag. We are a Twix household here in southern Indiana, and both of these bags have been sort of a bummer for my partner's Christmas surprise!
Was hoping we could just get a new bag mailed? I'm hoping to surprise him with some exciting news involving his Twix.

I bought a Twix, and I noticed one was way thinner than the other. I took a bite, and it had zero caramel whatsoever.
